Orchids for the People specializes in the retail sales of cool and intermediate temperature orchids, interior plantscaping for local businesses and homes, and orchid rentals for home and one-time events such as weddings and dinner parties.

Once a plaything of the rich, orchids can now be enjoyed by anyone who loves plants. As an orchid grower, I feel it is my responsibility to demystify this very large and diverse group of plants. Most people are under the impression that orchids are difficult to grow. From the beginning, I have tried to make it easier for my customers to be successful growing and flowering their orchids. Every plant comes with some tips, interesting information, and my email address and telephone number. I believe the only way to have return clientele is if they are happy with their initial purchase.

We carry a full line of pottery suitable for orchids as well as tools, fertilizers, potting mixes, and other orchid related products. We offer services such as repotting, plant boarding, interior plantscaping and event sales and rentals.  In addition we have a schedule of events and seminars to make your orchid growing experience easier and more enjoyable.
